1. This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and MadI Games, run by [owner's legal name], [city], India ("we"), for the Vyralune app and its games Vyralune and Cardvanta (the "games"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you don't agree, please don't use the games.

2. Who can play

You must be 13 or older.
If you are under 18, you may play only with your parent's or guardian's permission, and they agree to these terms for you.
The games need the internet. Data charges from your phone company are yours.

3. Your account

Give true details, especially your date of birth. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
One person, one account. Don't share, sell or buy accounts.
A guest account lives on one phone. If you uninstall the app before signing up, its coins and items are lost and we can't bring them back.
Player names must not be rude, hateful, misleading or someone else's. We may change a name that breaks this rule.

4. Coins and items

Coins, skill cards, cards and decks are virtual items. We give you a personal right to use them in the games; you don't own them.
Coins have no cash value. They can't be exchanged for money, withdrawn, sold, or sent to other players, inside or outside the games.
Each game has its own coins. You can move coins between the two games within the limits shown in the app.
We may change how many coins or items rewards give, and what things cost, for the future. Coins and items you already have stay yours to use.
Coins and items are lost if your account is deleted.

5. Entry fees and prizes

Matches against another player cost an entry fee in coins. The fee is held when you choose it and returned if you cancel before a match is found, or if a match doesn't start.
The winner receives both entry fees minus a platform charge of 10% to 24%, depending on the fee (see Help). A tie returns both fees.
Leaving a match, tapping End game, or staying disconnected for more than 1 minute 45 seconds loses the match and the fee.
Prizes are coins only, with no cash value (section 4).

6. Computer opponents

When no other player is found within about a minute, our server may start your match against a computer opponent, so you don't wait long. Computer opponents play by the same rules, with the same kinds of cards and skills, and are set up to give an even game at every entry fee. They have player-style names and profiles, and a match doesn't show whether the opponent is a computer. Entry fees and prizes apply as in any other match. Friend challenges and room matches are always against the person you invited.

7. Buying

You can buy coin packs, skill cards and decks through Google Play or the App Store. Their terms also apply, and they handle payment.
Refunds follow the store's rules. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it gave you.
Bought decks follow the same balance rules as the free ones. Their looks, such as 3D characters, don't make a card stronger.
If you are under 18, ask your parent or guardian before buying.

8. Fair play

Please don't:

cheat, use changed apps, scripts, bots or tools that play for you, or exploit bugs (tell us about them instead);
make extra accounts to collect rewards, invite rewards or prizes, or arrange match results with other players;
harass, threaten or bully other players, or report them falsely;
try to break into, overload or copy our servers or the games.

If you do, we may remove coins or items gained unfairly, end matches, or suspend or close your account. Where it's fair to do so, we tell you why and let you reply.

9. Ads

The free games show ads: banners on menu pages, an ad before and after matches, and optional rewarded videos. Never during a battle. A reward is given once the ad service confirms the video was finished.

10. Changes to the game and to these terms

We keep improving the games and may change, add or remove features, cards, skills, rewards and balance.
The games may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates. We try to keep that short, and coins held for a match that couldn't finish are returned.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and its date, and tell you in the app before important changes take effect.

11. Ending your account

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms (section 8). If we ever stop running a game, we'll tell players in advance in the app.

12. Our responsibility

We make the games with care, but provide them "as they are", without promising they will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem [to be checked by the lawyer]. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first, so we can try to fix any problem. Disputes go to the courts of [city], India.
